EXTRA CHARGE PER PERSON - (Based on extra towels & linens provided). All rentals of less than 30 days must pay 14.5% occupancy tax. We require a $200 deposit per week to confirm your reservation. Deposit will be refunded or transferred if reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date. A processing fee of $25 will be charged for all changes or cancellations after reservation is confirmed. To receive weekly rates, you must stay in the same condo during the entire week. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. We will accept payment by cash, personal check, VISA or MASTERCARD. NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE.

The above rates INCLUDES 3 MAID SERVICES A MONTH BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE LAUNDERING OF TOWELS. We have a large well equipped coin-operated laundry room on the property. Please NOTE: NO PETS are allowed without prior approval and a $50 non-refundable pet fee
